As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with an MA in Counselling Psychology and a Certified Life Coach, I bring over 20 years of combined experience and am dedicated to helping you achieve meaningful change and personal growth.

Whether you’re seeking support through counselling, coaching, or a blend of both, my approach is tailored to your unique needs, providing guidance, tools, and encouragement every step of the way.

As a certified trauma counsellor, I offer compassionate care and practical strategies to help you navigate experiences such as C-PTSD. My holistic practice integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and existential psychology. Each method is thoughtfully adapted to align with your goals, preferences, and pace.

Creative expression is encouraged as a meaningful part of the healing process, and I also draw from transpersonal psychology to support deeper spiritual exploration when aligned with your beliefs.
